Simcoe Day weekend
Last weekend, we went to Grandma's house, and it was a great weekend! There were so many people there - my Auntie Al, my Uncle Aaron, Sunny, Grandma and Craig, Uncle Tim and Aunt Mar, even Uncle Phil and his family came by.
I spent the weekend in the pool - I can go in when ever I want to now that I can climb up the ladder to get out on my own. I have to admit, it was a bit stressful because there were so many damn things floating in the pool that needed rescuing - toys, pool noodles, people, floaty mats, the thermometre, the skimmer (Grandma didn't like it when I tried to save that)
Uncle Tim and Craig were shooting at me with water pistols - they wouldn't listen when I asked them to stop - I HATE that!!! So, instead, I kicked them square and took it away from them - I almost managed to hide one of the guns in the bushes, but they stopped me.
I had a really great time, and I was very tired after we got back home - these weekends really tire me out. But it was worth it.
They tell me that the next big thing is our trip to Algonquin park later this month - I can't wait for that - I loved that place last year - so many trails to hike and lakes to jump into.
I hope everyone out there is enjoying summer as much as I am - - but hey, I'm a dog - I enjoy almost anything! Just don't shoot me with a water pistol!
